Travel/Local Registered Nurse - Corrections
GLC GROUP is looking for Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Corrections assignment in Chicago, Illinois .
Assignment Details
- Shift: 3x12 Nights or 5x8 Evening
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs or 40hrs/week
40 hrs: Travel Pay: $20/hr + $1,420 stipend | OT $55/hr
Weekly Gross: $2,220
36 hrs: Travel Pay: $20/hr + $1,345 stipend | OT $60/hr
Weekly Gross: $2,065
Local Pay: $47/hr | OT $71/hr
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in a correctional facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform patient assessments and monitor conditions
- Respond to medical emergencies
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow security protocols
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year recent Corrections experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a secure environment
