Join AUCTUS ELECTRO ASSEMBLY LLC as a Production Cable Assembler and play a vital role in creating high-quality electronic assemblies. You'll be part of a dynamic team in Rolling Meadows, IL, dedicated to precision and excellence in manufacturing. Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test cable and wire harness products according to specifications.
- Interpret and follow detailed assembly instructions and engineering drawings.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in cable assembly or electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring is advantageous.
