Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager IV to lead and manage complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in project management, demonstrating expertise in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a senior-level professional who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

Qualifications:

• Over 8 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.

Pay Range: $80- $85/hr W2
