Precision Manufacturing Equipment Service Technician

What You Will Do
- Own preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults quickly and safely.
- Record work performed and parts used in detailed maintenance logs.
- Team up with production and engineering to maximize uptime and throughput.
- Suggest improvements and implement approved upgrades to enhance reliability.
- Follow safety and quality procedures without compromise.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Direct experience with CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines (required).
- Comfort reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals.
- Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting strength; PLC know-how is a plus, not required.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to work overtime as needed.
