We are currently seeking Inside Sale Account Representatives in the Chicago area (Vernon Hills).

The Inside Sales Account Representative will be responsible for developing account penetration strategies and to close MedService Repair (MSR) product business offerings. This position is principally responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of MSR’s portfolio of products, prevalent technologies, trends in the industry and MSR’s competitiveness in the marketplace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell MSR’s product offerings to existing and prospective customers
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and new prospects. This will be achieved by following up on inbound leads and on outbound marketing campaigns and proactive cold calling
• Manage product positioning strategies by support sale activities with calls and presentations to new and existing customers
• Implement strategies to displace competitors
• Engage in forecasting, planning, metrics, and resource allocation
• Diligently develop and maintain business contact network within customer facilities
• Regularly update customer information within MSR’s CRM system
• Build strong and positive relationships with other departments as they relate to Sales

Job Specifications:

• A minimum of 3+ years in a sale related role and in a medical device environment is strongly preferred
• CRM experience, SalesForce.com preferred
• Exceptional communicator, verbal and written
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic; ability to scale beyond given targets and to increase product/customer pipeline
• Ability to consistently deliver new business and grow existing business
• Effective selling and presentation techniques with the capacity to influence customers
• Excellent in organizational and time management skills
• MS Office skills, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

We specialize in selling products and equipment used in endoscope procedures and distribute a broad line of disposable endoscope products as well, including filters, xenon lamps, biopsy forceps, and other supplies.
