The Manager – Marketing Analytics will support both the marketing team and greater LivCor team in the development and reporting of global marketing trends, portfolio performance, financial analysis and vendor performance. In partnership with Marketing leadership and internal partners, this person will find new insights that help improve our performance, optimize spend, and drive our business forward.

The ideal candidate will convey a passion for both data and marketing. They will be a lover of problem solving who identifies relationships and dependencies; synthesizes complex information to draw conclusions to make strategic decisions. At the same time, they are both an executor who is committed to excellence and a manager passionate about leading and developing humans.

The role will focus on solving today’s problems while developing the framework and tools to reach tomorrow’s goals.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the development and evolution of LivCor’s marketing analytics capabilities, enabling faster, smarter responses to changing market dynamics.
  • Analyze and synthesize internal and external datasets to uncover insights that drive strategic marketing decisions and improve performance.
  • Design and deliver clear, compelling visualizations of key metrics to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Formulate hypotheses and business questions using marketing and market data; design and execute analytical approaches to explore them, collaborating closely with the marketing team to generate actionable insights.
  • Monitor and optimize the use of marketing data across the organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve spend efficiency, performance tracking, and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to unlock value through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Conduct targeted marketing research to support strategic planning and innovation.
  • Ensure data integrity by developing and maintaining robust processes in collaboration with the Technology team.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data professionals passionate about marketing analytics and operational excellence.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business to elevate the role of data in marketing decision-making.


What You Should Have

  • 8+ years of experience applying data analytics to multifamily marketing and/or operations.
  • 3+ years experience in managing and developing humans to their fullest potential.
  • Top-notch analytical skills and demonstrated track record of analyzing complex datasets.
  • Deep understanding of marketing data and multifamily performance metrics.
  • A mindset that challenges the status quo and embraces innovation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern data environments and tools, including Power BI, MS Dynamics, Snowflake, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with advanced modeling techniques (e.g. predictive modeling, time-series, and mathematical optimization modeling)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in common programming languages, (e.g., Python, R, SQL)

Base Compensation Range

$145,000.00 To $165,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation : This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.

Benefits : The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
