We are currently seeking a Shopify Architect - REMOTE to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).

Day to Day Responsibilities: - Lead overall Shopify architecture & design for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
- Design scalable and secure Shopify ecosystems, including headless commerce (Hydrogen).
- Oversee complex integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Mentor developers and leads, provide code reviews, and guide technical direction.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, product managers, and delivery teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Shopify Plus, Shopify Enterprise experience
• 5+ Years of Shopify Hydrogen (headless commerce) experience
• 5+ Years of Strong knowledge of Liquid, GraphQL, REST APIs experience
• 5+ Years Shopify app development (custom/private/public apps)

Preferred Skills:

- Integration with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), AWS, CRM, third-party apps (payments, logistics, marketing tools)
- Cloud architecture, scalability & performance optimization
- Leadership in solution design & technical roadmaps
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $104,558 - $242,031. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
