Brady Trucking is hiring Over-the-Road CDL-A Truck Drivers across the Midwest, offering steady freight and a rewarding driving experience. Enjoy dependable miles with modern, well-maintained equipment built for comfort, safety, and reliability.What We Offer• Guaranteed minimum pay: $1,500/week for your first 60-90 days• Average weekly pay after 90 days: $1,800 - $2,300• Average 2,800–3,500 miles/week, paid by percentage of the load• Get home most weeks for a 34-hour reset, usually toward the end of the week• Late-model, well-maintained 2020–2027 Peterbilt & Western Star tractors• Primarily pneumatic, vacuum, and liquid bulk tanker freight• EFS fuel card with preferred fueling at Love's locations• Forced dispatch with extended support hours for maximum earning potentialPerks & Benefits:• Quarterly safety incentive• Detention pay• Driver referral program• Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance• 401(k) with company match• Rider policy• Pet policy (dogs under 10 lbs.)• Paid orientation w/travel providedRequirements:• Class A CDL• Must be 21 years or older• 1 year of verifiable driving experience OR accredited driving school + experience• Must pass DOT physical and drug test• SAP drivers accepted upon program completion
