Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Customer Service & Administrative Support Representative to support daily client service and administrative operations. This on‑site role requires a professional who can balance customer-facing responsibilities with administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or both , and communicates with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide high‑quality client/customer service while handling multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
- Perform administrative support tasks such as documentation processing, data entry, record maintenance, and report tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and support operational workflows
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly documented and up to date
- Build and maintain strong cross‑functional working relationships across departments
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal correspondence
- Apply a basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts (training provided as needed)
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or a combination of both
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured, on‑site setting
- Professional, tactful approach when handling client needs and sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a brokerage, financial services, or other regulated environment
- Familiarity with client account documentation or compliance-related processes
- Customer‑facing administrative experience in a professional services setting
- Licensing is preferred but not required
Work Environment
This position is on‑site at our Schaumburg, IL office. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM .

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
