Administrative Property Assistant
LaSalle Network is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families and uplifting the community. This is a temporary, full-time position with the potential to extend for the right fit. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, dependable, and motivated by meaningful work.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage confidential documentation
- Create and distribute communications using mail merge functions
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and internal coordination for ongoing programs
- Collaborate with a compassionate team serving community members in need
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Housing or residential experience required
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to reliability, discretion, and teamwork
- Availability to start immediately, full-time Monday–Friday
