Gerald Auto Group has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Accounts Payable Clerk.
Job Responsibilities
- Post A/P Invoices and Purchase Orders, ensuring proper approvals and consistency with established guidelines.
- Reconcile vendor statements and issue monthly batch payments.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies.
- Post all gas tickets and reconcile monthly.
- Other tasks and assignments as directed.
Accounts Payable Clerk Requirements
- Basic accounting background
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
- Sense of urgency and accuracy in a high volume setting
- Works well independently and with a team
Benefits Available
- Pay range for this position: $15.00 - $17.00
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.

- PTO after 90 days of employment
