Senior People and Culture Coordinator
- Own and execute onboarding for new hires
- Manage onboarding logistics for external hires and internal transfers
- Utilize Lever ATS to coordinate workflows
- Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee questions
- Assist with employee relations documentation
- Maintain HR trackers, spreadsheets and reporting
- Build PowerPoint presentations and onboarding materials
- Support the People & Culture Manager with operational initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ year of HR experience preferred
- Experience with onboarding
- ATS or HRIS experience required
- Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Positive, proactive and adaptable mindset
- Comfortable in a collaborative, small-team environment
- Competitive pay $25-30/hour
