WordPress Infrastructure Administrator

Join the dynamic team at accentedge as a WordPress Infrastructure Administrator . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup, management, and optimization of WordPress sites and the underlying infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and scalability. Work collaboratively within our agile team, ensuring our clients' websites remain up-to-date and function seamlessly.

Requirements

• Experience : 3+ years of experience managing and administering WordPress sites in a professional environment.

• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of web servers (Apache, Nginx), MySQL databases, and DNS management.

• Development Knowledge : Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

• Security Expertise : Knowledge of WordPress security practices, including firewalls, SSL implementation, and malware removal.

• Cloud Experience : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and managed hosting services is a plus.

• Problem-solving Skills : Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) for performance tracking.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress sites.
