A physician-led health system in the Finger Lakes region of New York is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a full-time employed position. The physician will join a collaborative GI team serving patients in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients to evaluate and manage gastrointestinal conditions

• Perform endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to develop treatment plans

• Coordinate care with primary care physicians and other specialists

• Review patient histories and support a multidisciplinary approach to care

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

• Proficiency in endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative patient-centered approach
