We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Customer Service Representative with some telemarketing responsibilities to join our team. This role offers a base salary of $40,000 with the potential to earn between $60,000 and $80,000 annually through commission. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to existing clients.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new customers once licensed.
- Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent communication.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
- Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Candidates with an active Property and Casualty License or willing to obtain license within 60 days, and have previous customer service or sales experience to be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong computer skills.
- Proficient in navigating and utilizing features of agency-specific software platforms.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
