If you thrive on closing deals, building relationships, and controlling your income - this is your opportunity to shine. Pay: $17-$20 per hour (based on experience) + commissionsSchedule: Full-Time What You'll Do:
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right insurance products
- Quote, sell, and close policies consistently
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Deliver top-tier customer service while driving revenue
- Sales experience is REQUIRED - you know how to close
- Insurance background preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
