Full-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist Opportunity | Franklin Park, IL

A cooperative school program in Franklin Park is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to support students ranging from 9th grade through transition programming while working within a collaborative and student-focused educational environment.

Position Overview

• Full-time Occupational Therapist position
• 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload includes students from 9th grade through Transition programming

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Includes a 30-minute duty-free lunch

Assignment Dates

• Start Date: 8/12/2026
• End Date: 5/21/2027

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and maintain required documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students in developing functional, academic, and transitional skills

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
