Production Workers – Continental Shifts

Location: Woodridge, IL

We are currently hiring Production Workers for our Continental Shifts in Woodridge. This is a hands-on position ideal for dependable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Available Shifts:

1st Shift – Continental Days

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Night Shift – Continental Nights

• Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule:

• Rotating Schedule:
  • Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off
  • Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off

Essential Functions:

• Load/Unload products from feeder
• Pack finished product into sleeves
• Review product for quality
• Make boxes and load skids
• Maintain clean work environment

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Effective communication skills
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to work an 8-hour shift standing
• Reliable with good attendance
