Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Aurora, IL by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Aurora (60505), cover Midwest regional dry‑van routes with predictable home‑weekly schedules and mileage‑based compensation from HMD Trucking. Expect consistent Midwest lanes, including runs that serve Chicago and nearby markets, in reliable, modern tractors.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $0.70 per mile for all miles and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Operate dry van equipment safely, complete inspections and keep accurate logs
• Timely freight delivery while following DOT and company policies
• CDL-A license and minimum 12 months verifiable driving experience
