Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the automotive service process. Your expertise in automotive repair and mechanical knowledge will help ensure that our customers receive the best possible service for their vehicles. You will be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing recommendations, and facilitating communication between customers and our service technicians.

Duties

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport.
• Assess customer vehicle issues by listening to their concerns and asking relevant questions.
• Provide accurate information regarding services needed, including mechanical repairs, tire services, and diesel engine repairs.
• Create detailed service orders that clearly outline the work to be performed.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and any additional repairs needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
• Ensure a clean and organized service area to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive service or as a service technician is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes.
• Familiarity with diesel engine repair, tire services, and suspension systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to customers clearly.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive technology are a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
