We are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for providing a wide range of cleaning tasks that help our customers achieve a clean, safe and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform deep cleaning projects in residential and commercial building settings including post construction, residential deep cleaning, sanitizing, content cleaning, packouts and general cleaning projects.
- Complete assigned jobs according to ServiceMaster processes while maintaining quality control on each job with urgency
- Perform heavy cleaning duties related to fire and water damage
- Perform sanitizing and disinfecting duties
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks
- Keep tools and supplies organized and clean
- Comply with all safe work standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, floor care, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Honest and dependable
- Must speak English
