As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of the company's product strategy. You will lead a diverse team of product managers and product owners and work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product operations, user experience, marketing, sales and customer experience to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and drive business objectives.
Here's how:
-  Product Strategy: 
- Conduct and guide the Product Management team on market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform product decisions.
 - In depth knowledge of our competition; what they do today and what they plan to do in the future. You also know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions.
 - Develop and communicate the company's product vision and strategy, aligning it with overall business goals.
 
 
-  Product Roadmap: 
- Ensure seamless collaboration between Product Managers and Product Owners to have a clear communicated product roadmap
 - Drive the team to define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
 - You will drive the overall product roadmap prioritization and ensure your respective Product Managers collect requirements from all areas of the business including our customers, but also have a strong view on prioritization to ensure we can deliver a product to the market in a timely manner
 
 
-  Team Leadership: 
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners, providing guidance and support in setting priorities, making decisions, and resolving conflicts.
 - Focused on goals and how we achieve them.
 
 
-  P & L Ownership: 
- For the products you are responsible for, drive a passion within the team to own the P & L and ensure we drive the revenue and adoption of our forecasts.
 - Responsible for the business case and Product KPI’s
 
 
-  Capital Governance: 
- Work with Senior Product Managers to create the right business cases in collaboration with our sales and marketing partners.
 - Work with marketing on benchmark pricing.
 - Ownership of ensuring we are tracking towards our business cases.
 
 
-  Cross-functional Collaboration: 
- Work closely with engineering, product operations, user experience, marketing, sales and customer experience and foster relationships with those peers to support the product operating model
 
 
-  Drive best in class go to market: 
- Articulate the strategies and programs that will generate awareness
 - Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas
 
 
-  Performance Monitoring: 
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against goals, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and drive user engagement.
 
 
-  Stakeholder and Risk Management: 
- Communicate product plans, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders, including executives, investors, and customers.
 - Identify and mitigate risks that may impact product delivery or performance, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
 
 
-  Continuous Improvement: 
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the product organization, seeking feedback and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
 
 
You're the missing piece of the puzzle.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
 - 10 years of experience in product management, with 5 years in a leadership role.
 - Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market, preferably in Agronomy.
 - Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
 - Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
 - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
