JOB SUMMARY:

As a Birthday Party Host at Ackerman SFC, you will play a crucial role in making a child's birthday extra special and ensuring our guests have a fantastic time. You'll be responsible for coordinating and hosting parties, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. This role is part-time and ideal for individuals who are energetic, responsible, and great with children.

Key Responsibilities:

• • • Welcome and greet birthday party guests and their families with a warm and friendly attitude.
    • Lead and participate in age-appropriate games, activities, and entertainment to ensure children have fun.
    • Set up and decorate party areas including tables, chairs, and decorations based on party themes and requirements.
    • Ensure safety and supervision of all party guests during activities.
    • Maintain a clean and organized party space throughout the event.
    • Engage with parents and guardians, addressing any questions or concerns.
    • Follow established guidelines to ensure parties run smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences.
• Experience working with children, such as coaching, teaching, or childcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Prefer candidates to be 16 or older. If under 16 will be required to submit a Work Permit before starting work and be subject to Child Labor Laws with hours restrictions during the school year of after 7:00 am and before 7:00 pm.
