Assistant General Manager:

We are seeking a high energy, experienced leader to help lead our teams and deliver our customers a one-of-a-kind car wash experience. As an Assistant General Manager at Gas N Wash, you will be responsible for learning about the day-to-day operations of the wash and provide support for the General Manager. Assistant General Manager Job Responsibilities:

A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests.

The ability to present, promote, and sell car wash memberships

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

The ability to help train and develop new employees.

The ability to motivate and coach the team as needed.

The ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask.

The ability to work well in a team environment and individually.

Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety.

Strong emphasis on working with the general manager to help grow sales volume and site profitability, as well as driving business results.

Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash facility.

Ensure all safety procedures are followed for guests and staff safety.

Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues.

Knowledge of all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely.

Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.

Strong emphasis on sales, customer satisfaction and membership retention.

Basic computer skills.

Any duties assigned by leadership.

Pay starting at $22 per hour + commission for car wash membership sales.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience.

Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.

Strong understanding of business operations.

Exceptional leadership skills.

Excellent organization and time management capabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong work ethic and a professional attitude.

The ability to stand for long periods of time.

The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.

The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Mechanically Inclined.

Travel between locations for training and development purposes.

The ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
