Looking for a rewarding school-based Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity? Join us. You'll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team supporting students from Early Childhood through Grade 8 with diverse communication and developmental needs. You'll help students with autism spectrum disorders, cognitive and multiple disabilities, behavioral disorders, communication disorders, and other complex needs thrive in a structured, supportive, and student-centered learning environment.

Position Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist
• Location: Arlington Heights, IL 60004
• Pay Rate: $75/hour
• Position Type: Contract
• Start Date: 8/9/2026
• End Date: 6/3/2027
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Hours Per Week: 32.5
• Shift: Days only, no evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy for students with diverse communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with Illinois and district requirements.
• Support students in reaching their communication and educational goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs may be considered, depending on district requirements)
• School-based experience is a plus
