National Nail Tech Day (May 30th) is a celebrated nationwide holiday honoring the talented nail technicians who keep us looking and feeling our best. We are on a mission to grow our network of salon and business partners to make this year's celebration bigger and better than ever — and we need YOUR help!

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Salon Partnership Ambassador to join our team ASAP. In this role, you will reach out to nail salons, spas, beauty brands, and industry businesses across the country to secure partnerships and sponsorships for National Nail Tech Day. This is a flexible, remote, commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact nail salons, spas, beauty brands, and businesses nationwide Pitch National Nail Tech Day partnership and sponsorship opportunities Build relationships with salon owners and business decision-makers Negotiate and close partnership agreements Track outreach and report on progress regularly Represent National Nail Tech Day with professionalism and enthusiasm

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership outreach Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets Hands-on experience with cold outreach — emails, calls, and DMs Knowledge of the beauty or nail industry (salons, spas, or related businesses) Active and savvy on social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline independently Highly organized, reliable, and results-driven Available to start immediately — National Nail Tech Day is May 30th!

Nice to Have

• Experience using a CRM or lead tracking tool Existing relationships with salon owners or beauty industry contacts

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Your earnings are directly tied to the partnerships you close — the more you bring in, the more you earn. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
