Junior Broker

Position Overview
The Junior Broker supports deal sourcing, client engagement, and transaction execution while developing core brokerage and healthcare real estate skills. This role works closely with Senior Brokers and leadership and is ideal for candidates transitioning from healthcare operations or early in their real estate career.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Support & Development
Assist in sourcing and qualifying deal opportunities.
Participate in discovery calls with potential clients.
Prepare and send listing and representation agreements under supervision.
Client & Team Coordination
Support client huddles and internal deal meetings.
Assist with go-live huddles and onboarding processes.
Help facilitate executed LOIs and coordinate with attorneys and accountants.
Documentation & Deal Management
Assist with voucher draft creation and submission for approval.
Upload documents into the deal management software (DMS).
Maintain accurate notes and deal updates in DMS.
Market Research
Conduct market research and site selection analysis.
Support Senior Brokers with reporting and pipeline updates.
Participate in weekly pipeline meetings.
Qualifications
Background in dental or healthcare operations or early experience in healthcare real estate.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn negotiation, deal structure, and healthcare real estate fundamentals.
Comfortable using CRM/DMS systems.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
