Financial Analyst
We are looking for a detail‑oriented contractor to support logistics billing, invoice processing, and month‑end activities during a high‑volume period. This individual will help ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and financial data across multiple logistics vendors.
Key Responsibilities Process logistics invoices and perform basic Goods Receipts (GRs) in Ariba/SAP. Update and track purchase orders and invoice status using internal trackers. Support weekly vendor pay runs and coordinate with Accounts Payable as needed. Assist with month‑end tasks, including accrual data preparation and journal entry support. Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain organized files and documentation. Skills & Qualifications Experience in accounts payable, logistics support, or financial operations. Working knowledge of SAP or Ariba is a plus. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage deadlines and work independently. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
