Talent Acquisition Specialist

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing technology company in Oak Forest, IL, seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the entire recruitment lifecycle while acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and a champion for candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring prior corporate recruiting experience with a specialization in hiring in go-to-market and technology positions.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build hiring plans, and launch effective search strategies

• Source, engage, and nurture high-quality passive and active candidates through channels like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and more

• Drive a streamlined and inclusive hiring process with a focus on candidate experience and speed

• Collaborate with the People Team to improve hiring processes, interview training, and talent branding initiatives

• Track and analyze recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time to fill, conversion rates) to continuously optimize your approach

• Represent our culture and values in every interaction—internal and external

Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher level of education preferred

• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.

• Fresh graduates with HR internship experience, such as Recruiting Coordinator or HR Assistant internships, are encouraged to apply as well.

• Experience recruiting for both GTM and technical roles

• Strong sourcing skills and a creative approach to talent engagement

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities

• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust across teams

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Paylocity) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)

Details:
Location: Tinley Park, IL (Onsite First 90 Days), then offices available in downtown Chicago and Chicago suburbs.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $65,000-80,000 annually
