As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated Studio Manager in Training to join our team. If you're a confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual who is passionate about enhancing the well-being of others, this opportunity may be ideal for you. Position Overview:
As a Studio Manager in Training , you will engage in a comprehensive development program specifically designed to prepare you for the potential advancement to a Studio Manager role within a brief timeframe, contingent upon performance and assessment over a period of 90 to 120 days. This role is active and front-facing, engaging with guests and leading by example to ensure an exceptional experience. Responsibilities:
- Leading a high-performing team to achieve top results, serving as a hands-on role model while providing continuous feedback.
- Engage extensively with guests; this role is NOT confined to a desk.
- Manage details, deliver exceptional service, and ensure compliance with SOPs/policies in a professional yet fun environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to prepare for potential advancement.
- Growth Opportunities: Potential for advancement to a Studio Manager role within 90 ~ 120 days, based on performance.
