The Role: Build, Scale, and Lead

We are looking for a high-impact Corporate Controller —a technical "rock star" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical pedigree to lead our accounting function into its next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Technical Leadership: Lead day-to-day accounting operations and mentor a team of three.

• The 6-Day Close: Own and drive a rigorous month-end close with a strict 6-business-day target .

• M&A Integration: Lead the accounting side of acquisition integrations, ensuring seamless transitions of data and processes.

• Systems Management: Maintain the NetSuite Fixed Assets Module (FAM) and oversee GL activity including payroll, leases, and multi-state taxes.

• Reporting & Strategy: Prepare monthly financials and quarterly board decks; lead finance meetings and annual budgeting across all entities.

What You Bring (The Pedigree)

We are looking for a thoroughbred accounting leader. To be successful, you must possess:

• Deep Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s in Accounting is required. A CPA (active or on-track) is strongly preferred. You must be able to demonstrate a mastery of GAAP and core accounting principles.

• Proven Progression: 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience. We are looking for someone who has successfully made the jump to leadership or is ready for a Controller-level challenge.

• Multi-Entity Mastery: Experience in multi-entity/multi-state environments is a significant plus. You should understand the complexities of intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting.

• System Expert: Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable. NetSuite experience will put you at the top of the list.

• Execution Mindset: A self-starter who doesn't wait for permission to improve a process.
