Job Summary

We seek a dedicated, unique individual to join our dynamic teams. In this role, you will develop and maintain financial data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate and responsive financial reporting with a direct line of communication to the Operations Director and Accounting Manager. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of driving purposeful innovation and excellence

Job Description

• Confidence in communicating and presenting results and analytical data to senior management across various parts of the organization
• Possess robust organizatinal, analytical, problem-solving skills, and accounting/operational expertise
• Being data aware, can understand what data is available and how it can be leveraged
• Complete ad-hoc financial analysis and operational accounting projects as requred
• Developing automated, streamlined processes for reporting and/or data analysis
• Engage in daily interation as well as drive collaboration and guidance with operations and finance personnel
• Analyze, manage, and distribute the weekly and monthly financial schedules on the balance sheet and income statement
• Reviewing and approving monthly account reconciliations in Blackline
• Assisting with the monthly project POC forecast
• Assisting with the monthly review of project budget
• Partner with various teams to provide financial instruction and technical assistance on operational transactions or processes
• Driving the review of the system annual standard costs and executing in the system
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets for review by upper management

Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting, auditing, or other relevant experience
• FP&A experience required
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent preferre
• Extensive Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Oracle, Hyperion, Smart View, Snowflake, Power BI, and Alteryx experience is a plus

Top Required Skills:

• Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry
• Must have at least 5 years of cost accounting experience
• Must have at least 2-3 years of FP&A expeerience
• Must have experience with automation, data visualization, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Must have extensive Microsoft Excel experience (at least 5 years)
• Looking for candidates who have worked in a leadership role, either as a project lead, or have managed direct reports in previous roles
• Ability to display proficient interpersonal and communicatin skills is critical. We are looking for an individual who takes initiative and can problem-solve independently

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or financce

Additional Requirements

• Work Hours: Work Hours:
  • Mon to Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It can be an earliest start time, but no later than 8:00 am
  • If hires, training will be in-office for about 3-6 months, depending on learning capability, and then will move to a hybrid schedule (2 days remote and 3 days in-office)
  • There is an operations staff meeting in person on Fridays at 7:30 am, so that this individual will join once they are trained

Pay Rate/Salary

• $109-000 - $119,000 annually
