We’re looking for skilled and motivated TIG Welders to join our growing team on first shift . If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy working with your hands, and want to build a long-term career in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment — we want to meet you Minimum of 5 years of experience TIG welding light gauge stainless steel and aluminum.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform TIG, on steel, stainless, or aluminum components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Maintain equipment and work area to company safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience TIG welding light gauge stainless steel and aluminum.
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team
