Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Rotational Molding Department as a Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of rotational molding machines to produce quality parts.

• Utilize power tools as needed and follow established finishing procedures.

• Accurately read a ruler and adhere to finishing guidelines to ensure product standards.

• Examine finished parts, rejecting those not meeting quality standards.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation.

• Take initiative and work independently when required.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with power tools.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Strong work habits and reliability.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

• Excellent communication skills.
