Senior Data Analyst

The Role

Our Analytics team exists to uncover the insights that drive digital marketing success. We don't just report numbers - we find the stories that matter and turn them into actionable strategies for our clients.

We're looking for someone who can see beyond the data to understand what's really driving performance. Someone who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver insights that shape campaign strategy and drive results. You'll work across our portfolio of leading brands, partnering with media and strategy teams to optimize everything from paid search to social campaigns.

Key Functions

• 
  

  Design and implement comprehensive measurement strategies across digital campaigns, incorporating advanced testing methodologies like geo-lift studies and multivariate testing



• 
  

  Conduct sophisticated analyses across paid search and social channels, using segmentation, customer journey analytics, and propensity modeling to optimize campaign performance



• 
  

  Build reporting dashboards and solutions that integrate multiple data sources and tell clear stories about performance and opportunities



• 
  

  Lead the development of testing programs that generate actionable recommendations, including A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and conversion path optimization



• 
  

  Create compelling regular business reviews and analytics deep-dives that translate complex findings into clear, actionable strategies



• 
  

  Evaluate and implement new analytics approaches and data sources to solve complex measurement challenges



• 
  

  Coordinate cross-platform data integration projects to enable more comprehensive analysis and insight generation



• 
  

  Stay ahead of industry trends and champion the adoption of innovative analytics methods and tools



• 
  

  Mentor junior analysts in both technical execution and strategic thinking



• 
  

  Partner with client teams to translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations, actively participating in both internal and client-facing meetings to present findings and drive decisions

Requirements

• 
  

  A four year degree with expertise in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or other related fields



• 
  

  5+ years of experience in a data science/analytics role within marketing technology or advertising companies



• 
  

  Expertise in technologies such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager, DSPs, ESPs, social media platforms, Google and Bing Ads, Salesforce, Hubspot, DOMO, Looker Studio, call analytics and other Martech platforms & tooling



• 
  

  Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization, predictive modeling, customer segmentation, marketing automation, and web analytics



• 
  

  Experience with modern statistical learning methods, including regression techniques, and classification models



• 
  

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines



• 
  

  A highly collaborative, proactive, resourceful and lean-in mindset

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - 105,000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
