ABOUT THE ROLE

Newhaven Display is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to support customer communication and order processing in a structured, detail-driven environment.

This is not a routine data entry role. Our order processes vary based on customer requirements, inventory, and logistics. We’re looking for someone who can think critically, evaluate different scenarios, and determine next steps independently.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers while working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage customer orders from entry through shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Evaluate order requirements and determine appropriate processing steps based on the situation
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and product inquiries
• Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up as needed
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate inventory and meet delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate records within the ERP system
• Support general customer service needs and assist with issue resolution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills—able to handle non-standard situations
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning and using ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
