Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:

The primary function of this role is to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in managing day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Draft and edit marketing materials including blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, and promotional assets.
• Help organize webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events, including logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor performance across platforms.
• Track campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and suggest optimization.
• Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and promotional partners.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), marketing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and CRM systems (Applied EPIC, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as permitted by law

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Office Location: 852 West Bartlett Road, Bartlett, IL 60103 (Hybrid Work Options)
