Position Overview: Seeking a Pediatric ICU Manager to lead operations and clinical excellence within a high-acuity Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This role is ideal for a clinically strong pediatric leader with expertise in critical care delivery and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily PICU operations and lead clinical nursing teams
• Drive quality, safety, and compliance with all regulatory standards
• Partner with pediatric subspecialists and interdisciplinary care teams
• Manage staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance metrics
• Implement and optimize evidence-based pediatric critical care practices

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric ICU leadership experience
• Bachelor’s in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
