The Role: FOH Lead

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can balance warmth with structure and hospitality with accountability.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Training, developing, and leading the FOH team

• Setting and maintaining clear standards of hospitality and service

• Coaching, motivating, and mentoring staff growth and knowledge

• Creating a guest experience that feels personal, upbeat, and intentional

• Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and beverage regulations

• Enforcing proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

• Overseeing daily cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the café and equipment

• Proven FOH leadership experience in hospitality

• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

• A calm, confident presence during both busy and quiet moments

• Someone who leads by example and earns respect through consistency

• An appreciation for systems, details, and well-run spaces

• A genuine interest in food, beverage, and people
