Phlebotomist
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented phlebotomist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring a high level of patient care.
Duties
- Perform phlebotomy, including blood sampling and laboratory techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and assist in the management of laboratory supplies.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the clinical environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with medical terminology to communicate effectively within the healthcare setting.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy and other laboratory techniques with precision.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff.
- A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
