Our growing bank is seeking a Senior Director of Fiduciary Administration to serve as the resident expert on fiduciary policy, procedures, risk management, and decision-making while helping shape the future of both Personal Trust and Corporate Trust businesses.

This highly visible leadership role partners with senior executives to drive innovative solutions for HNW and institutional clients, coordinate fiduciary forums, champion process improvements, and thoughtfully integrate AI into the business, because "we've always done it this way" isn't a long-term strategy. You'll ensure compliance with fiduciary, legal, and regulatory requirements while serving as the trusted voice on complex matters that require judgment, not just checklists.

Qualified candidates will bring 12+ years of trust, wealth management, or asset management leadership experience, with a strong fiduciary, legal, and risk mindset and a track record serving sophisticated clients. A JD and professional designations such as CTFA or CFP are highly valued, and prior senior leadership experience in Personal or Corporate Trust is preferred.
