Facilities Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for being familiar with the entire building and its layout so that you can guide vendors as they are hired to work within the building and being available in times of emergencies.
Oversee maintenance workers and assign schedules and duties to make sure the facilities are kept clean and in good working order filling in as needed when short staffed
Work with vendors to keep track of monthly/annual upkeep/inspections
Oversee vendors and approve any repairs completed before payments are made
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 POUNDS+
MUST BE ABLE TO WALK 85% OF SHIFT
Job Specifications:
Employee needs to be able to work independently, be dependable and punctual.
Education - High School diploma/equivalent or greater.
Job Type is a permanent Full-Time position.
Some knowledge of computers and spreadsheets required
Candidate must submit to and pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting
Building needs to be opened before the 6am mass
Other Required: Must demonstrate understanding, respect and support for Catholic Church teaching, mission and values
