The Role

We’re seeking an entry-level Fund Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to multiple aspects of private equity, trust and estate planning, and taxation. No two days will be the same — you’ll help with everything from processing bills and journal entries to assisting with financial reporting and investment analysis.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a foundation in accounting and finance while learning how a family office operates. You’ll work directly with our Senior Accountant and investment professionals, developing an understanding of how money moves through complex investment structures — all while leveraging AI tools to work smarter and accelerate your learning.

What You’ll Do

• Record and organize incoming mail, payments, and invoices
• Process bills and manage approvals through Bill.com
• Prepare and post basic journal entries in NetSuite
• Assist in month-end close and account reconciliations
• Support financial reporting for entities and investment vehicles
• Collaborate with investment, tax, and operations teams
• Learn to use AI tools to streamline accounting tasks and data analysis
• Contribute to ad hoc projects across finance, investments, and operations
