Role Overview:
Join HireFrontier as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Associate supporting our recruitment and staffing operations while delivering outstanding client and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet candidates and clients warmly and provide a positive experience.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist in matching candidates with suitable opportunities and provide recommendations.
Process applications, prepare documentation, and manage placement-related requests.
Maintain accurate records and inventory of active requisitions and candidate pools.
Keep all parties updated on placement status and timelines.
Support daily operations and contribute to team efficiency.
Help maintain organized workspaces and systems.
Qualifications:
Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated with a solid work ethic.
Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
