Distribution Center Customer Service Rep

Hörmann is looking for an experienced and professional individual to work with our wonderful customers at our Aurora Sales Center as a Customer Service Representative.

This is a full time Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm office position with weekends off, and overtime available as necessary.

Essential duties of this position:

• Assist customers with requests, orders, product specifications, pricing and product availability, over the phone and in person

• Process customer orders and quote requests accurately and in a timely manner

• Trouble shoot issues and offer alternative solution

• Handle cash transitions and complete deposits

• Help customers navigate our website and place orders online

• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

• Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions

Education, job skills and experience needed to be successful in this position:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• One year of customer service experience in a professional office environment

• Experience in a manufacturing or garage door industry preferred

• Basic math and cash transaction skills

• Strong skill with Microsoft Office software

• Accurate data entry skills
