Your Mission

• Serve as the go-to safety authority on major projects, ensuring full OSHA and company compliance.

• Conduct daily site audits, lead training, toolbox talks, and real-world safety coaching that inspires — not intimidates.

• Oversee industrial hygiene testing, safety documentation, and gas monitoring programs.

• Mentor site personnel, drive incident prevention strategies, and partner with operations to keep productivity high and risks low.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date safety records, procedures, and emergency response plans.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety (or related field).

• 5+ years of progressive experience in industrial or heavy construction environments.

• Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers’ comp, industrial hygiene, and emergency response.

• Petrochemical or energy project experience a plus.

• Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and hands-on leader who earns respect on the jobsite.
