• Forklift Driver Stand up Reach 1st shift 7am-3:30pm $18hr
• Shipping and Receiving 1st 7:30am-4pm $17-18 depending on experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving:
• • Review inbound product for integrity (damaged, wrong/missing product, etc.)
  • Process receipts in WMS
• Inventory Control:
• • Stock inventory in correct rack, bin, and floor locations
  • Label all boxes, pallets, specification sheets, and promotional items
  • Perform physical inventory counts as required
• Shipping:
• • Pick and package products for shipping
  • Ensure product is packaged using appropriate boxes and dunnage to minimize damage and freight cost
  • Ship according to order requirements (FEDEX, UPS, LTL) and ensure shipping fee policy is adhered to
• Prepare smart phone or device for end user.
• • Insert SIM Card and collaterals.
  • Repackage device.
• Production Flashing:
• • Utilizes OEM software and hardware tools to flash OEM and customer software in a production environment to meet internal and customer deadlines.
  • Responsible for setting up production lines for provisioning Android smart phones.
  • Log and report jobs into appropriate systems.
• Quality Control:
• • Ensures that quality control standards are implemented and adhered to.
• Assists all other functional area of warehouse operations as required.
• Leads crew by example by loading trucks and/or performing other 3PL duties, as necessary.
• Assists warehouse manager with development and implementation of policies and procedures; ensures all established policies and procedures are followed by crew.
• Leads by example by staging and kitting orders and/or performing other duties, as necessary.
• Oversees staging and warehouse labor, and temporary labor personnel in the preparation of orders.
• Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment
• Performs additional related duties as assigned by management

TACTICAL DIRECTION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides tactical direction to employees within the department.
• Carries out tactical direction responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Acute attention to detail
• Comfortable working with technology, software, and hardware
• Have reliable transportation
• Bilingual is preferred
• Have excellent attendance
