Operations & Catering Coordinator

Firenze Italian Street Food – Chicago

Firenze Italian Street Food is a fast-growing sandwich and catering brand in Chicago serving clean, craveable food made the right way.

We’re looking for a reliable, high-energy Operations & Catering Coordinator to help with admin, customer communication, and hands-on catering support. This role is part computer work (data entry, email responding), part customer service, part moving food, and part jumping in wherever help is needed.

What you’ll do

Admin & Customer Support

• Enter catering orders and update reports
• Respond quickly to emails and phone calls
• Help customers place catering orders and answer questions
• Keep basic systems organized and accurate

Operations & Catering Support

• Help make catering sandwiches with the team
• Pack, stage, and load catering orders
• Drive local catering deliveries
• Help with last-minute needs during busy periods

Restaurant or catering experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Must have your own reliable car
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift catering boxes and be on your feet at times

Bonus (not required):

• SUV or larger vehicle (not required)

We provide a computer and work tools.

Pay & schedule

• $24–$26/hour depending on experience + quarterly performance bonuses
• Full-time hours, with some schedule flexibility based on catering volume
• Quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance
• We reimburse for gas+ parking related to deliveries
