About the Position:

We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Veterinarians to join our growing team at Anderson Hills Animal Care Hospital, located in the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio. This position offers flexible scheduling options , including a mix of general practice and urgent care cases.

While we’re open to part-time candidates, our ideal match is an experienced full-time Veterinarian who is looking for a 35–40 hour workweek with no overnight shifts . This schedule supports an excellent work/life balance and comes with a competitive salary and robust benefits package

Willow Ridge offers wide variety of veterinary products and services to both dogs and cats, including wellness exams, vaccines, in-house lab work, digital x-ray, dental services including dental x-ray, in-clinic pharmacy, major and minor surgeries, and more .

Pay Range: $50,000-60,000 annually, depending on position, location, and experience.

• Examine animals to assess their health and diagnose problems
• Treat and dress wounds
• Perform surgery on animals
• Test for and vaccinate against diseases
• Operate medical equipment, such as x-ray machines
• Advise animal owners about general care, medical conditions, and treatments
• Prescribe medication
• Work closely in collaboration with team members to provide high quality care

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
• Licensure in the state/s candidate will be working
• Ability to show compassion to both pets and their owners
• Outstanding dexterity in handling animals while performing precise tasks
• Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure about the wellbeing of an animal
• Strong fondness and understanding of animals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of animal behavior
• Ability to use medical technologies during diagnosis, research and surgery of animals
