Job Description

An AI company is looking for an AI Solutions Manager for greenfield product development. They will be building industry-specific AI solutions (Healthcare, BFSI) from scratch. The goal is to create reusable frameworks that the company can coinvest in with pilot customers. The day to day will be 60% Hands-on Engineering: Building production-grade AI/ML pipelines and reusable frameworks, 20% Forward Deployed Engineering: Working directly with pilot customers to validate the solution and integrate real-world feedback, 20% Architecture & Strategy: Designing for scalability—turning a specific client solution into a reusable product.

• Translate business goals into actionable engineering backlogs
• Guide FDEs (Full-Stack Development Engineers) to execute the solution vision
• Manage deployment strategy and define success criteria
• Drive user adoption and oversee change management initiatives
• Bridge communication between client stakeholders and engineering teams
• Ensure engineering output is consistently aligned with business value
• Accelerate adoption of agentic workflows across the organization
• Enable a seamless transition from development to consumption
• Maximize ROI from engineering resources

Skills And Requirements

5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, and/or Data Scientist with the ability to architect and implement production-grade AI/ML pipelines

Expertise in defining deployment strategies, success metrics, and integrating solutions into client environments with minimal disruption.

Strong programming and system design experience to create scalable, reusable AI components from scratch in Python and/or other languages

Hands on development experience creating SQL queries from scratch -
